Contains 100% fine-mesh Brimac  HA2-Supra-L high-calcium bone char carbon (NSF/ANSI 61 certified) to reduce fluoride 90%+ on most city water (typically <2 ppm).  Also effectively removes low levels of arsenic, radium, uranium, radionuclide and more. Typical life for a family of four with typical city water is one year. Fits industry-standard 10" slim-line housings. Not recommended by itself - it is best installed with a KDF/GAC cartridge prior to it to remove chlorine and chemicals, thus preserving its life for fluoride only.
